Phone as a Service für B2B Kunden

everphone is a one stop solution for company mobile devices & offers full service about smartphones for its B2B customers. With the renting model “Phone as a Service” employees can choose their own device and change their decision monthly. It´s flexible and for a fixed price though. Everphone relieve companies by taking over the administration and takes care for puchase, repair and replacement, GDPR conformity, mobile device management and optimization of tariffs. Old or broken devices will be refurbished and sold on our online shop and common platforms.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) for our Enterprise team!

Your tasks:

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts from lead-generation activities, such as outbound cold-calling, emailing, and direct mailers into targeted accounts.
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email and social selling tools to share the everphone vision, identify opportunities, and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize cross functional efforts.
  • Work closely with marketing to capitalize on “warm engagement” from demand generation and field marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain meticulous notes and tracking of accounts and engagement, leveraging tools such as CRM and LinkedIn.
  • Seamlessly handle prospect’s objections and educate them on everphone and Digital Knowledge Management.
  • Hit your personal target of Sales Qualified Leads (quota).

Your profile:

  • You have BA/BS degree or similar college level education.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
  • You have 1+ years in the SDR function or relevant work experience.
  • You have the ability to work in fast paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills including high-level interactions with internal and external contacts.
  • You demonstrate a passion for learning new things and continuous improvement.

Candidates, who may not have the above-listed years’ experience, but can demonstrate the necessary skills, may apply and will be considered
